Shipping and Ordering

OUR SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are based on the total value of your order. For web orders being shipped within the United States, the standard shipping charges are as follows:

Standard Shipping charge is 24% of your total order with a minimum shipping fee of $8.50

If your total order is over $110.00, exclusive of shipping and taxes; Shipping is Free.

Canadian Shipments: $29.00 flat-rate shipping to Canada. At time of shipping, I may be able to offer you alternatives to save money on shipping and will issue a refund of the difference in shipping charges.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

Our standard method of shipment is US Mail with normal delivery time being 5-7 business days. For shipments to Canada, we ship US Mail with normal delivery time being 8-10 business days. We ship your order within a day or two. Please let us know if you need need your fabrics, or other products, as soon as possible, when you place your order and we will do our best to send it out quickly.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Our shipping charges have been determined by averaging the cost of shipping our packages, and the rates are set by the United States Postal Service. We do not charge any handling fees. Delivery is insured. If your order arrives in poor condition, or not at all, we will assist you with getting a replacement.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You may return any item, you have purchased from us, at any time, for refund or exchange. If you have the packing slip from your order,  please return it with your refund or exchange. If you do not have the packing slip, please write down, on a slip of paper, your name, billing address, item(s) you’re returning, and, if applicable, the item(s) you would like to order in exchange. Be sure to include the packing slip, or other slip of paper, with your return, and mail it to Blue Bear Quilts, PO Box 533, Largo, FL 33779-0533, ATTN: Customer Service. You do not need a return authorization to sending back your item(s).

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

To check the status of your order, you have to log in to your account online. Your orders will be displayed under “Order Status,” and you may click on the order for more details.

BACKORDERS

You are charged the total amount of postage when the first portion of your order is shipped. All backorders will be sent, when they are available, with no additional postage.

YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

HANDLING FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

Delivery is guaranteed. If your order arrives in poor condition, or not at all, please contact us by phone at 727-474-2052, or by e-mail at customersupport@bluebearquilts.com and let us know what the problem is and we will assist you in getting a replacement.

E-MAIL CONFIRMATIONS OF ORDERS

When you submit your order, you should receive an e-mail order confirmation. These e-mails could be filtered automatically as junk mail. To avoid this, please add customersupport@bluebearquilts.com to your address book. If you did not receive your e-mail confirmation and would like it resent to you, please contact us at 727-474-2052 or e-mail customersupport@bluebearquilts.com.

PRICING INFORMATION/ERRORS

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. We try to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, but occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical, or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product or service listed at the incorrect price.
